The issue of whether working for a large company is better than working in a small company is controversial one. From my everyday experience and observation, I think that both the points have their own pros and cons. Personally speaking, I would probably adapt myself more comfortably in a smaller company than in a larger one.

 

The argument over whether it is beneficial to work for a small company or for a big company, has never been settled yet. However, I personally find that it is better to begin one’s career by working for a low level business and then look forward to joining a large one.  It is in the large companies that opportunities for promotion and career development occur and this is what I am aiming at. 

 

 It is widely observed that competition arises among job seeking aspirants to attain better opportunities. It is according to the preference of people to work whether in reputed firms or blooming enterprises. In my opinion, it is better to work in large companies. It could be justified by the importance of building commercial and social relations as well as the need for financial security. I will  elaborate on this topic in the upcoming paragraphs.

 

Nowadays, job seekers have a wide variety of companies to choose from. Some prefer a more home-like atmosphere of small organizations, while others like a corporate approach that is used in bigger companies. Some may provide more spiritual values, and the competitor - more tangibles.

 

 

 

 

A question concerning employment that many have to face is whether they should pursue their promising career at a major firm or a modest one. On one hand, I am inclined to believe that as an individual works for a company of large scale, he will be given favourable opportunities of advancement. On the other hand, we can hardly deny that it is more feasible to apply at smaller business establishments. As far as I am concerned, I will probably work my way from a small company to a much preferred larger one.
